IRAS06046-0603 is a poorly populated, very loose object of very low C3 quality. Its parallax locates it at a moderate^* distance, well below the mid-plane, affected by moderate extinction. It is catalogued as a low-mass, intermediate-age cluster (see Parameters). It is rarely studied in the literature.
