Overview

â„šī¸
HSC 245 is a sparse, very dense object of low C3 quality. Its parallax locates it at a moderate* distance, near the mid-plane, affected by very high extinction. It is catalogued as a very young cluster (see Parameters). It was recently reported in the literature.

âš ī¸ Warning: This is possibly a duplicate object, which shares a significant percentage of members with at least one previously reported entry. See table with shared members information.

(*): The parallax distance estimate (~2.86 kpc) differs significantly from the median photometric distance (~2.15 kpc).
