Summary

Cyg OB2 is a rich, very dense object of very high C3 quality. It is located at a relatively close distance from the Sun, near the mid-plane. It is poorly studied in the literature, with no articles listed in the last 17 years.

Warning: This is possibly a duplicated object, which shares a significant percentage of members with at least one previously reported entry.
